I have accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. During those years, particularly as the IT Manager, I was responsible for understanding as much about all the various systems as possible, to be able to provide technical support on demand. Companies cannot afford to start at square one each time when troubleshooting IT issues. In many ways, my experience is like that of a mechanic, plumber, or even a doctor.
